Well, as previously advertised, I think Emusic is magic, and they do pretty much "get it". I agree about Lazy Line Painter Jane though, that was where I first encountered the geographical barrier. Nick Cave too, alas. I suspect they'll work out where you are by your credit card, but I could be wrong. Open an American bank account and Jane could be yours, although there are easier ways. Not that you'd ever stoop to copying it off swisstone of course.
